Harbor House was awarded in July 2007 a deficiency free survey from DSHS following the two-day inspection process. This is a most remarkable result and places the facility in the top 5% of boarding homes in Washington State.

Harbor House Alzheimer’s Care Community is nestled along the shores of beautiful Liberty Bay on the Kitsap Peninsula. Our demential care community is offering a Special Care Program based on the GENTLECARE approach designed to support residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia. Harbor House staff members join with the resident and their family in creating a new home for their loved one.

Living with dementia can be stressful and confusing. Our consistent structured routine of programs and activities can comfort and calm those affected by mental losses. Within this structure, residents are encouraged to do as much as they can for themselves.

Our Special Care Program provides all accommodations, meals and amenities for one monthly fee.
